💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy – CampusPro

At CampusPro, we value the trust placed in us by schools, teachers, students, and parents. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for our school management software and related services.

1. Subscription & Payment

  • CampusPro operates on a subscription/licensing model, with plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as chosen by the School.

  • By completing a payment, the School acknowledges and agrees to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms of service provided.

  • All payments must be made through approved and secure payment methods.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Schools may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying our support team or through their CampusPro admin account (if available).

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan).

  • No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation, but previously paid fees are non-refundable (unless eligible under Section 3).

  • Access to the platform will remain active until the current billing cycle expires.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payments – If the School is charged more than once for the same service.

  2. Service Failure – If CampusPro is unable to deliver the core services as promised due to technical issues attributable to us.

  3. Regulatory Compliance – Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind or discontinuation of school operations.

  • Partial usage or non-usage of the software during the billing cycle.

  • Misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of Terms & Conditions.


4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Support Email] within 7 business days of the issue.

  • All requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.


5. Modification of Policy

  • CampusPro reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be communicated to registered Schools via email or in-app notifications.

  • Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
