💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy – CampusPro
At CampusPro, we value the trust placed in us by schools, teachers, students, and parents. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for our school management software and related services.
CampusPro operates on a subscription/licensing model, with plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as chosen by the School.
By completing a payment, the School acknowledges and agrees to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms of service provided.
All payments must be made through approved and secure payment methods.
Schools may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying our support team or through their CampusPro admin account (if available).
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan).
No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation, but previously paid fees are non-refundable (unless eligible under Section 3).
Access to the platform will remain active until the current billing cycle expires.
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments – If the School is charged more than once for the same service.
Service Failure – If CampusPro is unable to deliver the core services as promised due to technical issues attributable to us.
Regulatory Compliance – Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
Change of mind or discontinuation of school operations.
Partial usage or non-usage of the software during the billing cycle.
Misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Support Email] within 7 business days of the issue.
All requests will be reviewed and processed within 10–15 working days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
CampusPro reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to registered Schools via email or in-app notifications.
Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
